Vice President

  • Assume the role of the President in their absence

  • Collaborate with other executives and team members to achieve organizational goals

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational initiatives

  • Support the team in promoting a positive organizational culture

Project Manager

  • Plan, execute, and monitor projects within the organization

  • Define project goals, deliverables, and timelines

  • Coordinate teams and allocate resources effectively

  • Ensure project objectives are met within the specified budget and timeframe

  • Communicate project updates to the rest of the board

Marketing Manager

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the organization's activities and events

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify target audiences

  • Create and manage content throughout Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

  • Create 15 pieces of monthly content and distribute it across all social media

  • Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators for marketing materials

  • Monitor and evaluate marketing efforts to assess their effectiveness

Financial Manager

  • Manage the organization's financial resources and budgets

  • Prepare financial reports, statements, and forecasts

  • Collaborate with other execs to align financial strategies with organizational goals

  • Provide financial updates and maintain transparency

Graphic Designer

  • Create visually appealing designs for various marketing and communication materials

  • Design logos, brochures, banners, social media graphics, and other promotional materials

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate ideas into compelling visual concepts

  • Ensure design consistency across different platforms and mediums

  • Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices
